When this Mixologist comes around, you’re in for a show! He’s been involved in bartending and hospitality from a young age, starting off as a mixologist for restaurants in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has led a nomadic existence, bartending all over the US including cities like Chicago, New Orleans, San Francisco, New Mexico, Arizona & Las Vegas and has been educating and judging spirits, especially Rum for over a decade. He also follows the competition circuit, and has racked up an extended list of awards & accolades winning the “Best Bartender, Las Vegas” in 2009 and is a founding member and former Vice President of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, New Mexico chapter. Along the way, he’s picked up a wide array of avant-garde culinary techniques that he incorporates to create cocktails with an immersive experience and unique multi-sensory approach.
