All transportation (to and from: airport, hotel, sound check, event, etc.) 2 night stay at a reputable hotel (minimum of 4 stars, must be approved) arriving 1 day before the event and leaving the day following the event. Singer and his assistant/manager to stay at the same hotel as the band, in a 2 bedroom suite. 1 hotel room with 2 double beds for each 2 band members. Economy flights from New Jersey or Montreal for the band. (2) First/business class flights for the singer and his manager. Meal per diems: $50 per day / per performer.
