Mark co-founded a company on the late 1990’s that was acquired by Microsoft and started writing about technology law just as technology and the Internet were exploding. He began his writing career with PC World Magazine. Next, he started writing a weekly column called “CyberLaw” in South Florida’s “Daily Business Review.” Later, he renamed his column “TechLaw” and moved it to the Miami Herald where the column ran for many years.

multiple appearances at Georgetown University Law

Patrick received his Bachelor of Commerce (marketing & finance) from Carleton University (located in Ottawa, Canada) in 1993 and was licensed by the Canadian Securities Institute (to be a Financial Advisor) in 1994. He moved to California in 1998 and received his California Notary Commission in 2003 and his California Real Estate License in 2004.
Since pursuing a career as a keynote speaker, Patrick has studied effective communication with passion.
