Based out of Los Angeles and together now for about ten years, this is immersed in traditional Irish music. They have developed a unique style and song list that includes material that is rarely played to fans of Irish music. As a result of this, one of their greatest rewards is having the opportunity to play in front of new audiences at shows where an Irish band normally wouldn’t have even been considered.

Traditional Irish Drinkink Music / Modern Celtic Rock / Fun Pop Songs

You’re guaranteed to have a great time with this group of hooligans that the Las Vegas Weekly called “The Best Band in Las Vegas!” This band has been causing music mayhem in the Las Vegas area for 12 plus years with their blend of Traditional Irish Drinking Music, Modern Celtic Rock and a mixed bag of all kinds of fun songs. You’ll hear songs by Irish greats like U2, Van Morrison and The Pogues next to songs by contemporary Irish rockers like Flogging Molly, The Dropkick Murphy’s and The Tossers. But they don’t only play Irish songs, you’ll also get a little bit of Mumford and Sons, Bob Dylan and even a little Snoop Dogg for laughs.

Something that sets this band aside from most is a dose of this band’s special brand of comedy, part Don Rickles, part Evil Leprechaun. Various bawdy toasts, limerick’s and jokes are all part of a night out with this group. So put on your drinking hat and get ready for good times.

Irish Folk Songs & Contemporary Irish Music

Based out of Las Vegas since September 2001, this group has recorded two CD’s and is currently working on their soon to be released DVD and third CD. Their original arrangement “Celtic High Step (aka The High Reels)” was featured in the October, 2012 premier episode in the Emmy nominated CBS drama, Elementary.  The same song is also featured in the NYC Pub Scene in the popular video game, “Grand Theft Auto IV”. Along with being listed as a “Must See Band” in Pauline Frommer’s 2008 Las Vegas Travel Guide, this band has won National Radio Honors in 2006 with King World for their original version of the Jeopardy theme song. Their warm, unpredictable and energetic shows continue to entertain audiences from all walks of life.

Based out of Las Vegas, the individual members of this band have performed across the globe with notable acts such as Blue Man Group and Celine Dion as well as performances in the Philippines, New Zealand, Turkey, Silver Dollar City in Branson Missouri, Fine Line Cafe in Minneapolis, Excalibur Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas, the Kansas City and Iowa Renaissance Fairs as well as fairs, festivals and schools throughout the United States. Most recently, two of these members were featured in the 15th annual Latin Grammy’s, playing bodhran with Calle 13 in their Grammy winning song “El Aguante”.

Performances include annual appearances at the Las Vegas Age of Chivalry Renaissance Faire, Boulder City Renaissance Faire, Big Bear Renaissance Faire, with Ireland Tourism for IMEX and the International Convention Conference (discoverireland.com), O’Mulligan’s Pub in Primm, NV., Son’s of Erin St. Patrick’s Festival, McMullan’s Irish Pub, Big Dogs/The Draft House Winterfest.
