When this Mixologist comes around, you're in for a show! He's been involved in bartending and hospitality from a young age, starting off as a mixologist for restaurants in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has led a nomadic existence, bartending all over the US including cities like Chicago, New Orleans, San Francisco, New Mexico, Arizona & Las Vegas and has been educating and judging spirits, especially Rum for over a decade. He also follows the competition circuit, and has racked up an extended list of awards & accolades winning the "Best Bartender, Las Vegas" in 2009 and is a founding member and former Vice President of the United States Bartenders’ Guild, New Mexico chapter. Along the way, he's picked up a wide array of avant-garde culinary techniques that he incorporates to create cocktails with an immersive experience and unique multi-sensory approach. *Alcohol and glassware provided by client

Up close and personal, our professional, Las Vegas based mixologist will explain the ingredients, the method, and the inspiration for a variety of delicious cocktails as he makes them for your guests. He grew up in Orange County then moved to Las Vegas where he quickly fell in love with bartending. Once he finished his hospitality degree at UNLV, he immediately acquired a position with a local bar. His passion grew, discovering new ingredients and flavors, and he eventually developed his own cocktail menus and drink recipes.
